About the Event
All applications must be received by Thursday, November 10, 2022 at 11:59pm ET.
• Almost anyone can participate in the contest – from absolute beginner to more advanced levels!
• Contest Dates: Rewards and prizes are only earned for studying during the contest period:
o Contest Begins: Sunday, November 13, 2022 (at 12:01am EST)
o Contest Ends: Sunday, November 27, 2022 (at 11:59pm EST)
• Placement Tests: Those with any prior Hebrew knowledge must take a Duolingo placement test before Sunday,
Nov. 13, 2022 to gain access to content suited to their level. To create a level playing field, points earned for
placement tests will NOT count towards performance prizes as we are rewarding effort not prior knowledge.
