Israel Travel Opportunities

Hillel's UF to Israel program works to connect UF students to Israel through travel, advocacy, and education. If you are interested in traveling to Israel, getting involved with Israel activities on campus , or be a part of an amazing Israel focused conference, please visit UFtoIsrael.org or contact Cara Levin, Senior IACT Israel Engagement Associate.

UF to Israel is proud to offer a range of Israel travel opportunities for UF students of diverse backgrounds and interests. Working with our partners, we strive to provide Gators with the Israel experience of a lifetime through 4 different Israel travel programs.

Birthright Israel

Birthright Israel is our most popular trip at UF Hillel. On this free 10 day trip, Jewish students will be able to explore, taste, and connect to the land of Israel with their fellow Gators. Highlights from our top-rated trips include floating in the Dead Sea, sleeping under the stars in the desert, dancing the night away in Tel Aviv, visiting the holy Western Wall, eating Israeli treats in Jerusalem's open air market, and so much more. UF to Israel offers both a winter break trip and series of different summer options in May.

Onward Israel

UF to Israel's Onward Israel program is a two month immersive internship experience in Tel Aviv that gives students the chance to work, live, and engage in local Israeli communities. Each participant is paired up with an Israeli employer to work an internship specifically tailored to them. Additionally, students partake in travel days, weekly evening programming, and breakout Shabbatonim to see all that Israel has to offer. Summer 2024 applications will be available in the Fall.
