The UF Hillel seeks an Executive Director who is an energetic, visionary, and passionate leader; a professional who possesses excellent strategic and management skills with a proven track record in fundraising and community building. The Executive Director will build on the successes of the past while enabling UF Hillel to enter a new era in meeting current and future opportunities. The Executive Director must be skilled at developing and leading a professional team as well as a cadre of devoted and engaged volunteer leaders.
The Executive Director will build the strategy for engaging all Jewish students on campus and support a pluralistic, dynamic community. Under your leadership, University of Florida Hillel will develop as a Hillel of excellence in partnership with all its key stakeholders. You'll chart a path for the University of Florida Hillel and develop key resources to help students thrive. You'll be excellent in this role if you are passionate about leading a team, setting the strategic vision for your Hillel, developing human and financial resources, supporting students, and strengthening the ties between Hillel and the community.
